When I filter by "completed" to go through and approve my cards, every time I approve a card, it resets my filter to "None". Annoying. Kind of like all these ideas I'm posting. (kidding - hope they are helping)

I've been on the service for 30 minutes, and I've already gotten 4 "Your card lasso credits are running low" emails. I submitted some cards (probably tripping an email), some had validation fail (which maybe tripped another one?), and then re-captured (tripping yet another), and not sure where the 4th came from (maybe validation fail while I was still captureing?). Perhaps I should get 1 message about "getting low", and then NEVER get another  until I re-up (or it's a new month). Irritating.

Anyway, email overload! Also, consider that if I sign up for 20 credits a month, is me going under 10 really "getting low"? Probably not. Especially when my first pro-rated month only had 16 credits to start with. That's like my "low gas" light going on in my car when I've only used 1/3 of the tank. ;)

This really ought to capture fax numbers off of business cards - but your turks have no field for it. Same with toll free/direct line - There can be up to 4 phone fields on a business card (direct, main, mobile, fax) - all are important.

7 of my first 10 cards came back "validation failed". Was it too blurry? Did the card not fill the screen? Was the resolution too low? Let me know what validation it is, and why it failed - and maybe put a little quick flash animation on the screen - "new to lasso? this is how you MUST position the business card for it to work - and here's some lighting tips to improve results", etc.

It would be great if you could use Lasso from a laptop at a tradeshow when you might not have internet connectivity.

When I click filter or sort, there is no visual indicator the page is working - no page load progress bar, spining "page is loading" indicator in the firefox tab, and no visual cue on the webpage. The sort is not instant, so I sit there wondering if I actually clicked the button. Then I blink, and my stuff is filtered or in a different order.

See the appexchange for an example of this - when you narrow your search, a tiny "refreshing results" appears - not great, but at least I know it's working.

I can capture from iPhone - and from LIVE webcam - how about letting me upload pics from my desktop? (My webcam ain't so great - rather use my digital cam)

When capturing with webcam, it can take 5-10 seconds to capture the pic (or rather, to post-process/upload the pic). When going through many business cards, this is irritating. I'd much rather capture all 10 in a row while having it upload in the background while I keep capturing (much as gmail now allows when uploading attachments!)
